About Dana Tamir
Focused On Enabling Your Business
Some people call me 'The Luck Charm'. Why?
Because every venture I've joined has culminated in a triumphant exit, be it through a successful IPO or a lucrative acquisition.
I'm a veteran of the cybersecurity industry with almost two-decades of real-world expertise and leadership roles in leading security companies. I have a track record of joining early-stage startups, taking them to market and helping them mature and scale up, until they successfully exit through either an IPO or an acquisition.
Most recently, I served as VP Product and Partner Marketing at Armis, a leader in asset visibility and security. Prior to Armis, I was VP Market Strategy at Silverfort, a leader in Identity protection (ITDR). Before joining Silverfort, I was VP Marketing at Indegy, an OT security company acquired by Temable. I also held various roles at Trusteer (acquired by IBM in 2012), Imperva, Symantec, Bindview, and Amdocs.
I own an engineering degree from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, in addition to a number of industry and vendor certifications.
I'm a happily married mother of two very talented young adults (proud mom as you can guess). In my free time I enjoy long distances running and already completed three (3) full marathons in Tiberius, Vienna and Zurich. I enjoy traveling and hiking, meeting new people and learning about various topics.
